Healthcare IT veteran with a 26-year career at Cerner Corporation will lead Interlace Health’s product management and innovation

ST. LOUIS, April, 2022 — Interlace Health (formerly FormFast), a process transformation company that has pioneered EHR-integrated eForms, eSignature, and workflow technology for over 30 years, is excited to officially announce the hire of Sameer Brahmavar to the role of Chief Product Officer. Brahmavar will serve as a key member of the Interlace Health executive team and provide leadership for the product management, quality assurance, and engineering teams.

Brahmavar joins Interlace after an impressive 26-year tenure with Cerner Corporation. Most recently, he led Cerner’s Cloud Strategy team responsible for cloud modernization across Cerner’s product portfolio working closely with Amazon Web Services (AWS). During his time at Cerner, Brahmavar held leadership positions ranging from VP-GM of Cerner’s Retail Pharmacy and Extended Care (LTPAC) business units and engineering organizations to VP of Product for the Care Coordination portfolio.
