Our History
Our Founder Rob Harding started FormFast, an eForms company, in 1992. Since then, the healthcare industry, patient expectations, and staff needs have greatly evolved – and so have we. Today, we don’t simply cut costs in terms of paper elimination, we are addressing more strategic problems such as staffing and budget constraints.
We changed our name to Interlace Health in 2020, to match our vision of applications as a unifying force in modern healthcare. Rather than simple integrations, we seek to deliver solutions that “interlace” existing systems and all participants by enabling seamless data capture, end-to-end workflows, and information exchange.

Our Goal
Since our founding in 1992, our goal has been to transform healthcare processes from the inside out, using their existing systems, and customizing solutions to each organization’s needs. We measure our success by the time and money our clients save, and the ease in which they can carry out everyday tasks.

Our close relationships with our wide range of healthcare client partners have equipped us with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare workflows, and how doctors, nurses, and staff interact with each other and with patients. As a bonus, several members on our team have worked in healthcare settings. All of this experience provides us real-world information on how hospitals create, manage, store and retrieve documents. We have used that insight and experience to develop more practical and efficient solutions.
